As a home maintenance customer your household will be entitled to our priority call-out service that guarantees that an engineer will be at your house within a maximum of three working days. All of the home maintenance contracts include unlimited telephone and e-mail support.

Usually our engineers can be at your home the same day the request is made.

	Up to two callouts each quarter - lasting no more than three hours in total.
	Six monthly "return to base" PC health-check.
	Reduced labour costs of £25.00 per hour for additional jobs.
